In 2024, on the initiative of Jakub Kwaśny, the Mayor of Tarnów, City Hall implemented the so-called Fast Administrative Path procedure. The new mechanism is part of a broader service offer prepared by the Entrepreneurship Support Department for both domestic and foreign investors.
As part of this initiative, investors who contact the Department are assigned a dedicated, individual advisor who is responsible for overseeing the processing of their cases at the government offices. Additionally, each investor is provided with a record of service provided by the advisor, enabling monitoring of their case progress. In 2024, by Order No. 413/2024 of the Mayor of Tarnów dated 8 October 2024, the Investor Service Team was established.
These initiatives ensure the creation of a friendly and effective environment for entrepreneurs, which may ultimately lead to the increase in local investments and professionalization of the investment process and the relationship between the City Hall and the client (entrepreneur).
As part of the Fast Administrative Path, the Entrepreneurship Support Department:
- Develops an investment offer tailored to the investor’s individual needs.
- Manages the schedule of activities related to investor service.
- Maintains an investor service record, documenting all stages of the case’s legal proceedings.
- Assigns an individual advisor who represents the investor’s interests and provides support in the administrative process.
- Coordinates the activities of the Investor Service Team.
- Monitors and streamlines administrative proceedings related to investment implementation.
- Provides post-investment support, guaranteeing further service and advice after the investment process is completed.
