The “Komunalna” Economic Activity Zone has been almost entirely developed, but investors can still purchase a plot of 2.41 ha.
The EAZ project included the construction of a road system connecting to city roads, including sidewalks and bicycle paths, drainage for retention reservoirs, access roads to development plots, and lighting, a water and sewer system, and service channels for the location of power, gas, and telecommunications lines.
