The “Komunalna” Economic Activity Zone has been almost entirely developed, but investors can still purchase a plot of 5.58 ha.
The EAZ project included the construction of a road system connecting to city roads, including sidewalks and bicycle paths, drainage for retention reservoirs, access roads to development plots, and lighting, a water and sewer system, and service channels for the location of power, gas, and telecommunications lines.
In the EAZ area, the 2014 Study was adopted with the purpose “IS” – Technical infrastructure areas – waste incineration plant. The actual Spacial Development Plan is currently in the planning process.
